If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount in the form of store credits in your account. This amount will have no defined validity and will never expire.
Store credit can be used towards any items. If your store credit exceeds the total amount of your next purchase, the excess credit balance will remain in your account and will be available for use towards any future purchases. If your store credit does not cover the amount of your next purchase, you will be asked for another form of payment to cover the balance.
If the item has been shipped, you will have to treat this as a return. You will have to courier back the items purchased (Please follow Returns & Refunds link)
We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even require to have your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with our customer care at email@example.com immediately.
